Covid-19 Protocol
Your next visit to Anew U Spa will be relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating, but with required current safety measures of
which you should be aware.
- Upon arrival you will be asked to sanitize or wash hands. Temperature will be taken.
- Anyone with a temperature of 100 is not permitted to work or receive services.
- Enter Spa with mask on, once you are in the treatment room, your therapist will ask you to remove your mask
- Therapist will wear mask throughout session.
- Please refrain from visiting the Spa, if you or anyone in your household has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days…
- Or, if you or someone in your household has travelled outside of Ohio in the last 14 days, we ask that you refrain from booking any spa services for 14 days after your arrival back to Ohio.
- You are anyone in your household in under quarantine order.
- Please follow social distancing guidelines, and insure a 6-foot distance between other customers and staff outside of the treatment room.
- Shoes must be worn until entry into treatment room. Coats and belongings must remain with you.
- If you have a specific sanitation request, please share this with us prior to your arrival.
- Prior to your appointment be assured that we fully sanitize with Cavicide Medical Grade wipes. Everything we both touch including but not limited to door handles, massage tables, bottles, pens, chairs etc.
